We automatically collect certain data when you use our platform: IP address and approximate location (city/country level); device type, operating system, and browser version; pages viewed, features used, session duration, and click patterns; cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookie Policy); and audio recordings during pronunciation exercises, which are processed locally for AI feedback and are not retained on our servers.
We use collected information to: provide, maintain, and improve our language learning services; personalize your learning experience, content recommendations, and difficulty levels; process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing communications; deliver transactional emails (receipts, booking confirmations, password resets); send optional marketing communications you can opt out of at any time; provide customer support; analyze usage patterns to improve platform performance; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or Terms of Service violations; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Fantasllc provides an online language learning platform offering structured courses, live tutor sessions, AI-powered pronunciation training, conversation practice, assessments, educational resources, and learning tools in 20 languages. Services are accessed through paid subscription plans.
To access Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the security of your login credentials; accept responsibility for all activity under your account; and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old. One person may not hold multiple accounts.
Access requires a paid subscription in one of four billing periods: monthly ($15.99), quarterly ($32.99), semi-annual ($49.99), or annual ($69.99). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.
You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Post-14-day refund requests are evaluated case by case. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
All content, including course materials, videos, audio, text, software, and design, is owned by or licensed to Ouasso LLC. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree not to: share account credentials; use the platform commercially without authorization; record tutor sessions without permission; engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward tutors or other users; attempt to circumvent security measures; reverse-engineer any platform software; or use the Services in violation of applicable law.
Sessions are provided by independent certified educators contracted by Ouasso LLC. Sessions must be cancelled 24+ hours in advance to avoid losing a credit. Ouasso LLC may reassign or substitute tutors as needed. Users may not record sessions without explicit tutor consent.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as results depend on individual effort, consistency, and aptitude.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ouasso LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas under AAA rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to jury trial or class action.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and platform notice 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We offer a complete 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with Fantasllc for any reason within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription only and does not apply to accounts that have previously received a refund.
To claim your 14-day guarantee refund: email billing@fantasllc.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your email]"; or submit through the Help Desk on our website.
